それに基づきイタリア食文化に忠実なメニューや雰囲気をご紹介し、お客様に最後まで楽しく気持ちよく過していただけるサービス（奉仕）を常に心掛けています。
店名“カザーレ・デル・パッチォコーネ”、食通の太っちょイタリア男のパッチォコーネは、イタリア、新潟の美味いものに目がありません。『ここに来ないと味わえないもの』にこだわり、お客様を招くことに生きがいを持っています。そんなパッチォコーネの家をイメージして、我が家に招くときのように、ご馳走を並べ、家庭的な温かなもてなしで、お客様に楽しんで頂きたい。と付けました。
本場のトラットリア（大衆料理店）さながらの心意気を“カザーレ・デル・パッチォコーネ”で感じて下さい。
